- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously improve system performance and scalability through code optimization and refactoring.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and maintain high-quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Experience with full stack development including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of enterprise applications and APIs.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
