Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
