Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of backend development including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Experience in database design, optimization, and management for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
