Estamos buscando un/a Full Stack Developer SR (Node.js + React) para sumarse a nuestro equipo y participar en el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones end‑to‑end, trabajando en entornos cloud de alta demanda. La persona ideal deberá sentirse cómoda tomando decisiones técnicas, proponiendo mejoras arquitectónicas y construyendo productos escalables y robustos.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y desarrollar features end‑to‑end, desde base de datos hasta la capa de UI.
  • Implementar y mantener APIs REST utilizando Node.js/NestJS.
  • Integrar servicios externos y manejar asincronismo avanzado.
  • Construir interfaces con React/Next.js siguiendo buenas prácticas de performance.
  • Implementar y ejecutar tests automatizados (unitarios, integración y UI).
  • Trabajar con arquitecturas orientadas a eventos y servicios en AWS.
  • Asegurar estándares de seguridad, observabilidad y calidad del código.
  • Participar activamente en decisiones técnicas y mejoras de arquitectura.

Requerimientos

  • +5 años de experiencia desarrollando software en entornos productivos.
  • Experiencia sólida con Node.js (ideal NestJS) y diseño de APIs REST.
  • Manejo de asincronismo, event loop y control de errores.
  • Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Conocimiento en arquitectura orientada a eventos (SQS, RabbitMQ o similar).
  • Experiencia en AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Uso de Docker y nociones de Kubernetes.
  • Experiencia comprobable con React (ideal Next.js).
  • Manejo de estado (Redux, Zustand o similar).
  • Experiencia en testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Autenticación y seguridad en APIs (JWT, OAuth).
  • Experiencia en diseño de sistemas escalables y resilientes.
