TJM Labs is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their software engineering career who enjoys solving problems, building thoughtful solutions, and learning quickly in a fast-paced remote environment. We’re less focused on where you went to school or how many years of experience you have, and more interested in how you think, how you work, and your potential to grow.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll support the development of internal tools, automations, and software products that help drive our business forward. You’ll work closely with technical team members to build practical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain software applications, services, and internal tools.
• Develop new automation solutions and product features for pharmacy workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan, scope, and deliver projects.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve productivity and software quality.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve engineering efficiency.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions as the platform grows.
