Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React/Next.js or Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud technologies. This role involves leading end-to-end solution delivery, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8/11/17+.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.
- Implement application security using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
- Develop and optimize SQL/NoSQL database solutions.
- Integrate enterprise applications through APIs, messaging systems, and third-party services.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, or Angular.
- Create reusable UI components and optimize application performance.
- Consume REST APIs and implement state management.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end solution design, development, testing, and production deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support Agile delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
