Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Java Developer at Phenomenal, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our customer-facing applications. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for creating user-friendly and efficient applications.


Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing applications using Java and related technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

- Continuously improve and optimize existing applications

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

- Communicate project progress and any roadblocks to project managers and team members

- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions

- Actively contribute to the overall success of the team and the company


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development

- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, and related frameworks

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with database design and SQL

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies


Additional Parameters:

- Experience with Angular or React is a plus

- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
