Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Web Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced English language knowledge
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, ideally with experience of Helidon
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS (preferably TailwindCSS) and JavaScript (ES6)
- Desirable: experience with service-oriented architectures, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, enterprise WCMS
- Proficiency in common build and version control tools (e.g. Maven/Gradle, Git)
- Responsible, structured approach to work, strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Design, development and maintenance of Java based services (Spring Boot, Helidon) and WCMS components (FirstSpirit)
- Implementation of modern web frontends using HTML, CSS (Tailwind) and JavaScript (ES6, without NodeJS)
- Contributing to the architecture and further development of our technical service and front-end landscape
- Deployment and operation of applications in a Kubernetes environment
- Providing support for developed applications (analysis of complex error scenarios, bug fixing, performance optimization)
- Close collaboration with product owners, system owners (PIM, WCMS, E-commerce, Salesforce, SAP), DevOps and infrastructure teams
