Job Summary

The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of DevOps Solutions, React.js, and full stack java projects. The role involves overseeing the entire software development life cycle, from design and architecture to testing and deployment. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery

2. Design, develop, and implement devops solutions, react.js, and full stack java applications

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

4. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality

5. Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards

6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution

7. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in devops, react.js, and full stack development

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in devops solutions and tools such as jenkins, docker, kubernetes

2. Strong experience in react.js framework for frontend development

3. Expertise in full stack development using java technologies

4. In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment

6. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a development team

Other Requirements

Technical Leadership & Development - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, LIT, React, and database technologies - Lead architectural decisions for both client-side and server-side components - Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Quarkus - Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using LIT, React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) - Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models - Implement security best practices and data protection measures - Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews Collaboration & Mentorship - Work closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team - Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment strategies - Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning Performance & Optimization - Optimize application performance for both frontend and backend components - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues - Implement monitoring and logging solutions for production applications - Ensure scalability and maintainability of applications Required Qualifications Experience & Education - 10+ years of professional software development experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience in enterprise-level application development Technical Skills Backend Development - Java (8+ years): Core Java, Quarkus, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security - Database Technologies: SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) - API Development: RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices architecture - JPA/Hibernate for database interactions - Maven/Gradle for build management Frontend Development: - JavaScript (5+ years): ES6+, TypeScript, LIT - React.js (3+ years): Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit - HTML5/CSS3: Responsive design, CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) - Modern Frontend Tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn - Testing Frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress Database & Data Management: - Advanced SQL query optimization - Database design and normalization - Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases - Data migration and ETL processes DevOps & Tools: - Version Control: Git, Azure DevOps (ADO) - CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure Pipelines - Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes - Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS (preferred) - Linux/Unix environments Preferred Qualifications - Experience with banking/financial services domain - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements - Experience with event-driven architectures - Familiarity with monitoring tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana) - Understanding of security frameworks and practices - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Key Competencies - Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders - Leadership: Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team
