JOB PURPOSE
This role will provide knowledge, programming and testing execution to the OLAS team. Following the direction of the Technical Project Manager this role will create and maintain the Front End systems supporting SPARK!’s business activity.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities & Duties
For agreeing the timing and deliverables with the Technical Project Manager.
- For participating in feature design meetings and for contributing ideas and insights.
- For the creation, agreement with the Technical Project Manager and execution of a task list on the project during the life of the project.
- For ensuring code created is efficient and maintainable in accordance with the best practices laid down by the Java Architect.
- For following the approach documented in the Project Summary, agreeing any departures with the Project Manager.
- For ensuring the application code is securely managed in the Source Code Repository.
- For compliance with SPARK Secure development practices.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Complies with Spark’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to Spark’s quality, privacy, security and AI frameworks.
- Working hours as required to do your job but not less than 37.5 hours per week.

Proven Ability & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of full stack Java and JavaScript experience.
- Expertise in Java spring framework, Node.js, react.js. and TypeScript is required.
- Experience utilizing AI framework in code editing (e.g., cursor.com).
- Some experience with PHP and Drupal.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable using and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and dynamic situations with a degree of autonomy.
