Job Description

Full-Stack .NET Developer (m/f)

Location: Zagreb


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET technologies
  • Build and maintain user interfaces and application functionalities using Razor / ASP.NET
  • Design, develop, and optimize backend logic, data flows, and integrations
  • Work with SQL databases, including writing queries, optimizing performance, and maintaining existing data structures
  • Integrate applications with internal and external systems via APIs
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions
  • Document functionalities, technical solutions, and user requirements
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize new and existing applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and end users
  • Participate in IT project planning, coordination, and progress tracking
  • Organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to users of implemented solutions
  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and propose improvements

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience developing full-stack web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET technologies
  • Knowledge of Razor Pages or similar technologies within the Microsoft web ecosystem
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Understanding of API integrations, REST services, and data exchange between systems
  • Ability to work across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, and responsible approach to work
  • Team-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving attitude

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience in IT project management or project coordination
  • Experience communicating with clients and facilitating user workshops
  • Experience preparing technical and user documentation
  • Experience optimizing business processes through digital solutions
