Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. This role is vital to delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet business needs. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative features, optimize application performance, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, contributing to the organization’s digital transformation goals.

Overall Responsibilities
The .NET Full Stack Developer will be responsible for end-to-end application development, from backend logic to frontend UI. Key duties include designing scalable architectures, implementing RESTful APIs, developing user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring security compliance. The developer will participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions in cloud environments. The strategic focus is on delivering reliable, maintainable, and efficient systems aligned with organizational objectives, with performance metrics centered on application stability, security, and user experience.

Experience Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in full-stack development
Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level web applications
Experience working with cloud deployment and microservices architecture is desirable

Designing and developing scalable web applications and APIs
Participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospective meetings

Performing code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting complex issues
Deploying applications to cloud environments and managing CI/CD pipelines
Conducting performance tuning, security assessments, and documentation efforts
Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress and technical solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, MCSD) are advantageous
