About the Role
Join a small, high-velocity team at a YC-backed AI developer tools company building intelligent AI assistants that help technical teams unlock the full value of their product knowledge. You'll work hands-on alongside the founding team and research engineers to scale a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engine, grow an analytics platform, and ship client integrations — all using Python and React. This is a high-impact role at a seed-stage company (Series A/B trajectory) with ~20 people, where your contributions will be visible and meaningful from day one.
What You'll Do
Collaborate directly with the founding team and research engineers to define and implement features end-to-end.
Scale the backend infrastructure powering the core RAG engine using Python.
Experiment with and ship new features in an analytics platform built on React + Python.
Build and maintain client integrations used to deploy AI assistants for customers (React + Python).
Enable ingestion of new data source types to expand the knowledge base available to AI agents (Python).
Maintain and improve a React SDK used by external developers.
