You will be part of a multi-disciplinary product team that designs, builds and ships full stack web applications that directly support organisational operations and decision-making. A key focus of this role is the development of an internal chat assistant powered by production AI, purpose-built to augment the productivity and capabilities of staff across the organisation. You are a motivated self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of features end-to-end and cares deeply about the quality and reliability of code running in production.
Responsibilities Full-Stack Engineering: Architect, develop, and optimize scalable web applications and high-performance APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. You will build systems where latency matters and reliability is non-negotiable.AI Feature Integration: Move beyond theory by implementing emerging AI patterns into production. You will deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for precise semantic search, design autonomous agents for complex analytical tasks, and build LLM-driven conversational interfaces that augment human decision-making.Data Persistence & Retrieval: Design robust data solutions using MongoDB and Elasticsearch to handle high-volume transactions and standard CRUD operations.
