Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Solution Architect to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing comprehensive solutions in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, cloud services, and testing, with a focus on Content Management Systems and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, technical requirements, and healthcare standards.
  • Architect and deliver both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and high usability across platforms.
  • Design and implement solutions utilizing React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and ASP.NET, among other technologies.
  • Design and build robust Content Management Systems (CMS) for handling complex data and workflows.
  • Ensure system architecture is cloud-native and optimized for Azure Cloud Services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.
  • Develop and implement APIs using technologies like ASP.NET and Spring Boot.
  • Utilize Selenium and Cosca for testing purposes to ensure code quality and performance.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and guide the team through design decisions, best practices, and the development process.
  • Work closely with the business and technical teams to analyze requirements and create scalable solutions within the healthcare domain.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on application architecture, development, and delivery.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare domain with deep knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations.
  • Expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) with a focus on designing and integrating them.
  • Proven experience with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js on the front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience with ASP.NET and Spring Boot for building robust APIs.
  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native architecture.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Selenium and Cosca for automated testing.
  • Deep understanding of solution architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance technical and business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
