Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining websites, landing pages, and web applications that support our marketing campaigns and client deliverables, while working comfortably across both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites, landing pages, and web applications
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and management
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver client projects on time
• Optimize websites/pages for speed, SEO-friendliness, and performance
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application/website issues
• Follow coding best practices and participate in code reviews

Required Skills

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React.js/Angular/Vue.js)
• Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java)
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Good to Have

• Experience building landing pages/websites for marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience working with international clients
