Job Description
The Fullstack Developer will be an active member of the design team, contributing to every phase of a project from prototyping and validation to coding and debugging. In short you will use your technical and creative skills to create exceptional web experiences. We use some of the most popular frameworks to build and deliver projects, but it all boils down to HTML, CSS, and JS. The developer needs to have a strong grasp of the AEM platform including components/templates architecture, integration design and localization strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write Clean, Efficient and Testable Object Oriented Code using languages including Java, JavaScript, Python, and HTML
- Develop AEM Templates, Components (Sightly, Touch UI), OSGI Services (Sling, JCR), and Servlets.
- Implement Integrations with 3rd party Marketing Technology Solutions for CRM, Search, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Social, Databases, Custom APIs, MicroServices
- Troubleshoot production issues by reviewing logs, thread dumps, dispatcher configurations, Caching and CDN settings
- Configure & work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Cloud Manager, Adobe IO, AEM as a Cloud Service, Assets as a Cloud Service
- Work with Infrastructure Provisioning tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, to perform automated provisioning of environments
- A clean, organized, well-documented coding style. Preferably OOP.
- Experience developing with modern front-end tools
- Ability to learn new tech stacks reasonably quickly
- Experience diagnosing and solving cross-browser issues
- Expert in responsive design and cross-platform development
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or alternative related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ Years of professional hands-on Development Experience
- 3+ Years of professional hands-on AEM Development Experience with versions 6.1 or Above
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS/SASS, Angular/REACT and JavaScript experience is a plus, should have the aptitude to troubleshoot and interact with front-end developers
- Understand deployment architecture and development-to-production deployment processes
- Experience integrating 3rd Party technologies & platforms such as Search, CRM, Personalization, Analytics, E-Commerce, Personalization, etc.
