Experience: 10–12 Years
Role Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, ReactJS, AWS Cloud, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a solution-oriented mindset, drive architecture and design decisions, lead engineering teams, and deliver scalable AI-enabled digital solutions.
Must-Have Skills
· 10–12 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development
· Expertise in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
· Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, Hooks, and modern UI frameworks
· Experience in designing and developing REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and Microservices
· Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Cognito)
· Experience with Serverless Architecture, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines
· Strong solutioning, architecture, and technical leadership experience
· Experience mentoring development teams and conducting design/code reviews
AI / GenAI Skills (Must Have / Preferred)
· Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Amazon Bedrock
· Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI application design patterns
· Experience building AI-powered chatbots, copilots, or intelligent assistants
· Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
· Experience integrating AI services through APIs and SDKs
· Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.)
· Knowledge of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and model evaluation
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design and development of full-stack and AI-enabled applications.
· Define architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering best practices.
· Build scalable backend services using Node.js and responsive UIs using ReactJS.
· Design and implement GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and vector search.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Drive cloud-native deployments, performance optimization, security, and observability.
· Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
