Full-Stack Developer
Design and build features across the entire stack — data model, APIs, and UI — from requirement to production
What you'll do
- Model relational schemas and write safe, reversible migrations; design REST APIs with clean contracts, pagination, filtering, and permission scoping.
- Build backend services with Django / Django REST Framework and responsive, component-driven interfaces with React + TypeScript.
- Engineer for correctness and performance: database transactions and concurrency, N+1 elimination, query tuning and indexing, and caching.
- Write unit and integration tests, raise small reviewable PRs, and take features through QA and UAT to production.
- Diagnose and fix production issues; leave the codebase better than you found it.

Requirements
Must have
- 4+ years building and shipping production full-stack web applications.
- Strong Django/DRF and React + TypeScript; solid SQL and relational data modelling.
- Sound API design, authentication/authorization, and a genuine testing habit.
- Proven ability to translate messy requirements into correct logic — and to push back when something doesn't add up.
- Excellent communication; comfortable working directly with a client/product team.
