The ideal candidate will showcase his or her knowledge and expertise by building and providing solutions through an integrated suite of media platforms, including television, Internet, mobile, OTT Streaming and other emerging products.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices architectures.
- Build and enhance features for web and streaming platforms using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, best practices, and design patterns.
- Optimize applications for high availability and high load environments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Javascript
- Node.js, React
- Git, Docker
- Experienced in different programming languages.
- Agile Methodologies
- 2 years of NodeJS experience, ideally using the MERN stack
- Unit testing
- College graduate or student
- Networking, Linux knowledge
- Redux, Express
- Design Patterns and Best Practices
- Having worked with high availability systems and high load systems
- Microservices architecture experience
- Experience on video delivery, encoding and streaming technologies.
