Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our home hardware team. This role is responsible for assembling a variety of home improvement and outdoor products while ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building products correctly and efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble products such as grills, lawn equipment, furniture, shelving, and outdoor items
Follow manufacturer instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines
Use hand tools and basic power tools safely
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and proper function
Report missing or damaged parts to management
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Prepare assembled items for display or customer pickup
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools and follow written instructions
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to lift and move products as needed
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
