Job description

GIS Opensource development Python) 

 

•          Develop various customized web applications with open layers JavaScript API and 2D 3D Web GIS. 

•          Good understanding of enterprise GIS concepts etc.

•          Hands on experience with geoserver and publishing services with geoserver

•          Experience working with Python

•          Experience troubleshooting issues within GIS application and resolving issues within given time period.

•          Good and strong knowledge on spatial database and handling spatial.

•          Develop various customized web applications with open layers JavaScript API and 2D 3D Web GIS. 

•          Hands on experience with geoserver and publishing services with geoserver.

•          Experience working with Python

•          Experience troubleshooting issues within GIS application and resolving issues within given time period.

•          Good and strong knowledge on spatial database and handling spatial queries and spatial analysis tools using PostGIS, series and spatial analysis tools using PostGIS.

 

Mandatory skills -

•          Opensource technologies: Open layers, Leaflet, Geoserver, GDAL, Map box, Cesium

•          PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES: JavaScript, Python.

•          WEB AND CLOUD TECHONOLOGIES: HTML, CSS, jQuery, Web Services (REST, SOAP), Azure SQL Managed Instance

•          DATABASES: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB.
