Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team for the evening shift. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. This is a PM Shift Working 3:00pm to 11:00pm Wednesday through Sunday. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service by addressing all inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Register and process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all telephone communications
  • Actively listen to guests and anticipate additional needs to enhance their stay
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of public areas and front office spaces
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure all guest accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and the local area
  • Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
  • Support and uphold safety procedures for guests and team members
  • Complete required daily and departmental reports
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient operations
  • Deliver amenities and provide assistance to guests as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
