Job description

We are looking for a Hardware Development Engineer on behalf of our partner, RISCO.

RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide.

The company is looking for an experienced Hardware Development Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative hardware products from concept through production. You will work on analog and digital circuit design, system architecture, and hardware-software integration while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop analog and digital circuits for new and existing products
- Lead hardware development projects from concept through production release
- Define hardware architecture and select electronic components
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and hardware solutions
- Collaborate closely with Software, QA, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Product Management teams
- Support projects throughout all development phases, including design, validation, and production transfer
- Perform hardware-software integration and support system-level testing
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation
- Troubleshoot complex hardware issues and implement design improvements
- Contribute to technical decisions and future product development

Requirements

- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in analog and digital hardware design
- Strong hands-on experience with analog circuit design
- Experience developing hardware-software integrated products
- Experience with PSPICE simulation
- Knowledge of power supply and amplifier design
- Experience leading technical development projects
- Experience with High-Speed hardware design is an advantage
- Knowledge of Physics or Electro-Optics is an advantage
- Fluent English, written and spoken
