تبحث
شركة HEMFA بالنيابة عن عميلنا عن محاسب دقيق ومنظم للانضمام إلى القسم المالي. الهدف من هذا
الدور هو إدارة كافة العمليات الحسابية اليومية، والامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح
المالية المعمول بها، بما يساهم في استقرار ونمو الأعمال.

Requirements

·         إدارة
القيود: تسجيل والتحقق من كافة المعاملات المالية اليومية في السجلات والأنظمة
المحاسبية.

·         التسويات
البنكية: إجراء التسويات البنكية الشهرية ومطابقة الحسابات لضمان تطابق الأرصدة.

·         إدارة
المدفوعات والمقبوضات: متابعة حسابات الموردين والعملاء وضمان التحصيل والسداد في
المواعيد المحددة.

  • الأرشفة والتنظيم: الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات مالية
    منظمة ونسخ احتياطية للوثائق المالية لسهولة الرجوع إليها عند التدقيق.

·         المؤهل
العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.

·         الخبرة:
خبرة عملية سابقة في العمل المحاسبي (يفضل من 2 إلى 4 سنوات).

·         المهارات
التقنية: إجادة العمل على البرامج المحاسبية (مثل ERP systems)
وبرنامج Excel بمستوى متقدم.

  • الدقة: مهارات تحليلية قوية مع اهتمام فائق
    بالتفاصيل والقدرة على كشف الأخطاء الرقمية.    ​
