Job Description
The job requirements are for software/firmware developers who are interested in high-speed interface(Serdes) communication or have related knowledge background.
The role responsibilities will involve
1)Design and develop IP drivers and software system architectures.
2)Perform hardware IP verification and design test benches across various environments, including FPGA, emulators, virtual platforms, and silicon (real chip).
3)Optimize system performance through hardware/software IP configuration and tuning.
4)Develop AI-assisted design flows covering Software, Test Bench, and Tool domains to enhance development efficiency.
5)Develop IP-supporting tools and utilities, such as automated testing frameworks, debugging tools, and performance analyzers.

Main Requirements and Qualifications
- 1) Master's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2)Familiar with C and C++. Proficiency in Python is a plus.
- 3)Experience Operating system concept, such realtime OS/ Linux.
- 4)Experience in micro-processor Firmware developing (ARM, Risc-V, 8051, etc)
- 5)Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in software development and workflow optimization.
- 6)With Curiosity and open mind for new technology.
- 7)This role will interact with different business unit, so responsibility attitude and communication skills are baseline.
