Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service in a clean environment
  • Follow cash control and security procedures including safe counting and cash drawer management
  • Perform daily and weekly inventory inspections and receive inventory truck orders
  • Drive operational results by implementing shift plans and maintaining brand standards
  • Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to enhance team capabilities and restaurant performance
  • Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)
  • 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
  • Strong understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including long or irregular shifts
  • Serv Safe Certification required
