What sets you apart
As HR Manager, you are both a strategic and operational business partner. You work closely with Retail Managers, Store Managers, and the Support Office to translate HR strategy into daily operations. You oversee the entire employee journey and contribute to developing our people while driving business success.
You bring:
• Experience in a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role, preferably within retail or a fast-paced commercial environment.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the confidence to take initiative and make decisions.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Belgian labour legislation, workforce planning, and HR KPIs.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Your responsibilities
• Partner with Zara stores across Belgium and Luxembourg to support the achievement of commercial and operational objectives through effective HR management.
• Advise and coach Retail and Store Managers on all HR-related topics, acting as a trusted business partner.
• Manage recruitment processes and ensure we attract and hire the right talent.
• Deliver an engaging onboarding experience that enables new employees to integrate successfully into Zara.
• Drive talent development through coaching, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Foster a positive employee experience by promoting engagement, inclusion, and well-being.
• Support managers with performance management, employee relations, and complex HR cases.
• Analyse HR KPIs, workforce planning, and personnel costs, translating data into actionable business insights.
• Ensure HR policies and processes comply with Belgian labour legislation and Inditex standards.
• Participate in local and international HR projects, contributing to the continuous development of Zara BeLux.
