- Managing payroll for the whole company [Deductions & additions]
- Managing & lead personnel team.
- Lead & implement HRIS [Zoho] , Project manager.
- Managing Social insurance team.
- Follow up employees’ investigations.
- Approve employees’ evacuation.
- Create HR operation reports [Salaries, Turnover analysis, salaries
reimbursements, Social insurance, Medical insurance, Employees’ ID, In
advance] - Approve HR letters, certificate of experience …. etc.
- Create Policies & Procedures
- Make HR Budget on yearly basis
- Make merit raise on yearly basis
- Managing recruiting team by facilitating recruitment process & channels of
recruit. - Creating & maintaining compensation & benefits program in relevant of
company’s budget & culture. - Making a grading system relevant to labor law & Egyptian market. (Current
competitors) - Designing benefits programs in accordance with company yearly budget.
- Maintaining communication level with employees to control their duties &
rights. - Creating KPIs & Performance cycle on quarterly basis.
- Setting competencies for the whole company
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- HR Diploma is a MUST.
- 5+ years experience managerial level.
- strong Hands on recruitment blue & white collars.
- Willing to reallocate to Shaq EL Teaban zone on weekly basis.
