Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive full-stack IAM solutions by utilizing the combined power of Java and Python.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows, ensuring rapid delivery of high-quality features.
- Maintain and scale our core identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary platform for authentication and authorization.
- Implement IDaaS solutions like Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping.
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning and role-based access control.
- Ensure encryption and data protection standards are met, aligning with global regulations.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to refine identity solutions that cater to business needs.
- Troubleshoot and solve identity-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and cooperation.
- Participate actively in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning and stand-ups.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with deep proficiency in both Java and Python.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Forward-thinking approach to development, with a documented track record of leveraging AI-assisted coding tools like Claude to significantly boost engineering velocity and code quality.
- Deep technical expertise in architecting and managing Auth0 ecosystems, focusing on cloud-native IAM architecture and API-first design principles.
- Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle, implementing secure-by-design practices to safeguard user data and streamline access management.
- Solid foundation in modern cryptography and data protection standards, ensuring all solutions are resilient against evolving security threats.
