    PRIMARY ROLE:

    Under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, this position will provide speech and language screenings for school aged children and assist with a prescribed treatment plan. 

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in each responsibility and essential function of the position.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Individual will hold a valid driver's license and have reliable, insured transportation. If selected for the position, individual will complete a pre-employment background check.

     

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • AA Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program, or
    • BA in Communications Disorders
    • Currently hold or be eligible within six months of employment Speech-Language Pathology Assistant certification from the Oregon Board of Examiners of Speech Pathology and Audiology.
