Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

About Comploy

Comploy delivers customized payroll and HR solutions designed to fit the unique needs of every business, never forcing clients into onesizefitsall packages. Our fully inhouse team brings together expertise across payroll, HR compliance, benefits, insurance, and PEO/ASO services, ensuring seamless, coordinated support. We focus on simplifying people operations, strengthening compliance, and acting as a true partner invested in each client's longterm success.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in isolved to lead new client onboardings and software deployments from kickoff to live processing. In this role, you will be the primary technical and consultative point of contact for new clients, ensuring their payroll, HR, benefits, and time & attendance configurations are seamlessly migrated and aligned with their business needs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HCM software setups, exceptional project management skills, and a track record of delivering white-glove client experiences. Prior experience within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client implementations, serving as the main subject matter expert from initial discovery through kickoff, parallel processing, and go-live.
  • Build, configure, and validate client accounts within the iSolved platform, including complex payroll setups, multi-state tax setups, customized benefit structures, and time/attendance rules.
  • Analyze client workflows to recommend optimal platform configurations, particularly around co-employment, multi-entity setups, and administrative workflows common in PEO environments.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to client HR/payroll managers and administrators on platform usage, self-service portals, and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of direct experience implementing or managing administrative backend setups within the isolved HCM platform
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and keep client stakeholders accountable
  • Deep technical understanding of U.S. payroll processing, multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, benefit administration, garnishments, and timekeeping rules
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a track record of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) environment with familiarity in co-employment models
  • isolved Certified Specialist, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience
