Assertive Professionals is in search of a Information System Contingency Planning Lead who will be responsible for the following:
- Provide Information System Contingency Planning (ISCP) technical expertise and demonstrate an applied working knowledge of ISPC testing
- Conduct advanced technical writing to assist the Information System Contingency Plan Coordinator (ISCPC) in executing the Information ystem Contingency Plan (ISCP) testing, training and exercises (TT&E) for OCIO essential systems activities (ESA)
- Demonstrate applied knowledge and provide senior-level, advanced Subject Matter Expertise in developing an Information System Contingency Plan (ISCP), template and repository
- Assist in documenting and executing ISCP according to industry guidelines, practices and standards. shall assist coordinating efforts with IT systems owners to develop ISCPs for general support systems, major applications and network components identified as having a Medium-High critical exposure ranking as detailed in investigatory and OCIO reports
- Support the Government ISCP Coordinator in acting as the designated authority for OCIO systems to certify that the ISCP is complete and that the information contained in the ISCP provides an accurate representation of applications, hardware, software, and telecommunication components.
- Collect and evaluate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Program Analysis (BPA) data
- Ensure that OCIO information systems represent the most accurate version selected for testing and is in accordance with DHS Enterprise Architecture (EA) policy and DHS Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) Management standards which illustrates the official versions of software to be used within OCIO
- Ensure the application or system version is a version for which the vendor still offers standardized technical support demonstrated for the current or alternate site
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including 7 years of program management specialty experience
- BS/BA degree
- TS/SCI clearance
- Certified Business Continuity (CBC) Certification
