About this opportunity
iPECS is looking for an experienced Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer (Cloud Architect) to lead infrastructure architecture across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments.
This role focuses on building stable and scalable platforms through automation and architectural standardization, while collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve operational infrastructure architecture based on iPECS service characteristics, including stateful systems
- Own end‑to‑end infrastructure architecture across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments
- Establish DevOps pipelines and operational automation frameworks using tools such as Ansible and Jenkins
- Design and operate observability platforms covering monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Define operational reliability strategies considering incident response, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with Software Architects and Data Architects to define platform‑level standards
- Establish infrastructure cost optimization (FinOps) practices, including resource management and reporting
- Define and apply security compliance standards, including access control, vulnerability management, and audit logging
- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for incidents and build preventive mechanisms to avoid recurrence
- iPECS 서비스 특성(stateful 시스템 포함)을 고려한 운영 인프라 아키텍처 설계 및 고도화
- 클라우드 / 온프레미스 / 하이브리드 환경 전반의 인프라 아키텍처 책임(설계·구축·운영)
- Ansible, Jenkins 등을 활용한 CD 파이프라인 및 운영 자동화 체계 구축
- 모니터링, 로깅, 알림을 포함한 Observability 플랫폼 설계 및 운영
- 장애 대응, 확장성, 보안, 비용 효율을 고려한 운영 안정성 전략 수립
- Software Architect, Data Architect와 협업하여 플랫폼 레벨 표준 정의
- 인프라 비용 최적화(FinOps) 관점의 자원 관리 및 리포팅 체계 수립
- 보안 컴플라이언스 기준(접근 제어, 취약점 관리, 감사 로그) 수립 및 적용
- 장애 발생 시 RCA 수행 및 재발 방지 체계 구축
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure, operations, or DevOps engineering
- Hands‑on experience in infrastructure architecture design and implementation
- Experience designing and operating cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and/or large‑scale on‑premise systems
- Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation and operational stability
- Experience with configuration and provisioning tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Experience operating monitoring and logging systems (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
- Experience operating stateful services or designing highly available systems
- Solid experience in Linux system operations and network fundamentals (DNS, load balancers, firewalls, etc.)
- Experience deploying and operating container‑based services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience operating incident response processes (on‑call, runbooks, incident classification, etc.)

- Ansible, Terraform 등 Configuration / Provisioning 도구 활용 경험
- Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry 기반 모니터링 및 로깅 운영 경험
- Stateful 서비스 또는 고가용성 시스템 설계·운영 경험
- Linux 시스템 운영 및 네트워크 기본 구성(DNS, Load Balancer, Firewall 등) 경험
- Docker, Kubernetes 기반 컨테이너 서비스 운영 경험
- 장애 대응 프로세스(On‑call, Runbook, RCA 등) 운영 경험
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud‑native infrastructure such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, or Service Mesh
- Experience working in SRE or DevOps organizations
- Experience building hybrid or multi‑cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience in project‑level or team‑level management
- OpenStack, Kubernetes, Service Mesh 등 클라우드 네이티브 인프라 경험
- SRE 또는 DevOps 조직 근무 경험
- IaC 기반 하이브리드 / 멀티클라우드 환경 구성 경험
- 프로젝트 또는 팀 단위 운영 및 관리 경험
