GOVERN – Standards & compliance

  • Ensure adherence to network architecture standards, security policies, and lifecycle rules.
  • Apply governance decisions related to configurations, exceptions, and vendor standards.
  • Support cost and connectivity governance (FinOps) for circuits and network services.

Cross-team collaboration

  • Support Field Services and Support teams with on-site LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting when needed.
  • Participate in new site deployments, SD-WAN rollouts, and retail/warehouse projects.
  • Collaborate with security teams (e.g., Zscaler) to ensure secure access and zero trust enforcement.

What you need to succeed:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, connectivity, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in global or follow-the-sun / 24×7 environments is highly valued.
  • Experience collaborating with ISPs, carriers, and external vendors.

Technical Expertise

  • Solid expertise in routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, and NAC fundamentals.
  • Experience operating enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments.
  • Knowledge of network monitoring, hybrid connectivity, and remote access services.
  • Familiarity with network administration platforms (DHCP, Radius, network portals, orchestrators).
  • Understanding of network security, patching, firmware lifecycle, and configuration hardening.
  • Experience contributing to observability tools (SNMP, APIs, logs) and automation initiatives.
