  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into infrastructure deployment processes, vendor coordination, and operational handoffs
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery speed, consistency, and quality
  • Documentation, Diagramming & Standards
  • Develop and maintain clear project documentation, deployment standards, and runbooks
  • Create infrastructure layouts, workflows, and deployment diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)
  • Ensure documentation reflects both current-state implementations and scalable future-state designs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure standards and delivery methodologies
  • Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate work across infrastructure engineers, offshore resources, and third-party vendors
  • Help prioritize and direct execution across distributed teams
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams, project stakeholders, and business partners

    • Willingness to travel for on-site project execution

  • Experience in construction or workplace technology environments

  • Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
