Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Help move opportunities forward by managing client follow-up, maintaining momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Serve as a key point of contact for inbound inquiries—building strong first impressions and identifying client needs
- Partner with technical and operations teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solutions aligned to client goals
- Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Track and manage active opportunities, helping prioritize efforts and support pipeline visibility
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth transition from pursuit to project execution
- Support targeted growth initiatives, including lead qualification and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field
- Early experience (internship or full-time) in sales, marketing, or proposal coordination
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging clients and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who takes initiative and consistently follows through on commitments
- Personable and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Coachable and open to feedback, with a strong desire to learn and improve
- Highly accountable and detail-oriented, with a track record of reliability
- Comfortable engaging with clients and maintaining proactive communication
- Motivated to grow into a long-term business development or sales career
Travel Requirements
● This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events.
