Mission Command System Instructor (Medical Systems)
Serves as a Mission Command System (MCS) trainer/planner focusing on medical MCS systems. Delivers instruction on MCS systems as required by functional area expertise. Responsible for the effective delivery of training by means of computer-based training methods and simulations. Contributes to the effective use of graphics, windowing, animation, feedback, and branching. Plans, designs, and coordinates training at various echelons, including individual, squad, platoon, and
company, and above. Uses hardware and software to input data efficiently and to ensure unit training objectives are met.
Minimum Job Requirements
· Possess a Bachelor's degree, or substitute four (4) years of relevant experience; have at least five (5) years’ experience with military training and training support in the medical field. (Highly desired).
· Have experience using Army virtual and constructive simulations, and planning and executing medical training events using the Joint Event Life-Cycle process.
· Have at least two years teaching experience
· Have completed a course of study leading to a minimum of experience with Army Mission Command Systems and software systems
· Have completed a formal course of study in medical mission command.
· Have subject matter expertise in operating the medical systems under instruction; and have experience of not less than four (4) years’ service in or support to the Army or other national defense service.
Additional Qualifications:
· Secret clearance
· Ability to analyze training plans and assemble supporting documentation
· Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
