Job Description
  • Managing and maintain Authorization switch (TWO), TW-FIMI, Internet banking, and API Services.
  • Manage data integration between TWO and other systems.
  • Manage and comply with PCI-DSS, Card production, and Pin security 
  • Authorization switch and Value-Added services implementation and Delivery.
  • Apply clients’ parameter changes on Authorization switch and Value-Added services applications
  • Analyze and implement Scheme and vendor regular changes and mandates. 
  • Insure compliance with schemes’ mandates.
  • Manage and analyzing new features and services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform setup and service parameters of issuers, ATM acquirers, POS acquirers, 3D-secure, SMS, e-mail, on authorization switch system.
  • Services’ Questionnaire validation and maintenance.
  • Request setup of 3D-secure service on Cardinal system.
  • Provide support internal departments and personalization bureaus (responsible for card print) for errors related to products setup and data preparation.
  • Manage authorization switch and Value-added service application upgrades.
  • Receive and answer Client Banks’ Inquiries providing the required support. 
  • Manage PCI DSS and PIN security regular audits in arrangement with Security & IT team.  
  • Assisting and preparing technical proposals for Personalization and PIN Printing solutions.
  • Building and maintaining procedures of authorization switch and value-added services setup and maintenance.
  • Support internal departments’ inquiries concerning our authorization Systems and value-added service. 
  • Managing the external communication with system vendor regarding the system new features and bugs. 
  • Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures. 
  • Provision regular reporting, analysis and performance of application.
  • Performs other related duties as requested by the company.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science and information is preferred (or equivalent) from a recognized university.

Language:

  • Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in the same field.
