Position Description

You will serve as the SSM (Surface to Surface Missiles) Technical Project Office's (TPO) Deputy Director in the Targeting and Kinetic Effects Group (TAKE-G) of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the technical integrity of all Technical Project Office (TPO) products and serves as the technical "conscience" for the TPO.
  • You will provide requirements definition, risk identification, planning and test and evaluation support for the portfolio of projects and commodities that fall under the responsibility of the TPO.
  • You will maintain a working knowledge of TPO-managed contracts and associated deliverables.
  • You will perform review of deliverables including but not limited to specification change notices, test plans and reports, failure reports, technical review data packages and change notices.
  • You will represent the TPO team and the command at any level, to any audience, on any subject related to tasking assigned to the TPO.
