Intern, Zoho Projects and Implementation

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide implementation and integrations across Zoho and other Cloud applications
   

2. Provide technical support and issue resolution across Zoho & other Cloud applications.
   

3. Configure, customize, and manage Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM & Zoho One and other Cloud Solutions.
   

4. Conduct product demos for clients and internal teams                 
   

5. Troubleshoot user issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide quick resolutions
   

6. Assist in workflow automations, blueprints, and integrations
   

7. Maintain documentation for configurations, fixes, and processes
   

8. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
   

Requirements

✅ Based in Mumbai
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Zoho and Cloud Implementation Projects
✅ Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One / Zoho Projects / Zoho Desk
✅ Ability to provide product demos and user training
✅ Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and system analysis skills
✅ Experience with workflows, automations, and Zoho customizations
✅ Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and user access management
✅ Excellent English communication and client-handling abilities
