What are you going to do?
Within Nedap Healthcare, we believe that effective decision-making starts with people. That’s why we work with methods such as ShapeShift and Convergent Facilitation (CF), which help teams reach well-supported decisions more quickly.
Currently, colleagues mainly learn these methods through in-person training sessions. To reach more people and ensure knowledge is retained over time, we are developing an eLearning program.
Your assignment is to design and build this eLearning for Nedap employees. You will translate complex concepts into a clear and interactive learning experience, enabling colleagues to independently learn and apply the core principles of decision-making.
Your responsibilities
- Deep dive into methodologies: Learn ShapeShift and Convergent Facilitation through documentation and experts
- Instructional design: Define learning objectives and translate them into a structured and effective learning design
- Develop eLearning: Build the module using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline)
- Design interaction: Create interactive elements such as videos, animations, case studies, and exercises
- Test and improve: Collect feedback and continuously improve the learning experience
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the eLearning (e.g. using the Kirkpatrick model)
- Advisory: Write recommendations for further development
Your team
You will work within Nedap Healthcare, together with a subject matter expert in decision-making and collaboration.Within the team, you will have plenty of room to work independently. We provide direction and substantive context, but expect you to bring structure, make decisions, and take ownership.
What's in it for you?
At Nedap, we believe in freedom and responsibility — also for students. You will have the opportunity to shape your assignment in your own way, in close collaboration with your team. You will work partly from home and partly from our campus in Groenlo.
In addition, you can expect:
- Ownership: Develop an eLearning that will actually be used within Nedap
- Guidance: Content support from an experienced expert
- Community: Participation in the Nedap Student Day
- Compensation: €550 – €650 per month (full-time)
- Future opportunities: Possibility to continue working at Nedap after your assignment
