Overview
This internship offers a structured entry point into the Technical Analyst role within Techvitis’ managed services environment. Interns will be immersed in a hands-on learning experience combining academy-based training and practical exposure, enabling them to build foundational capabilities across infrastructure, cloud, and application support domains.
The internship is designed to simulate real project conditions while maintaining a strong coaching and mentorship framework.
Objectives (Problem → Solution)
Problem: Fresh graduates often lack exposure to real production environments, tools, and operational constraints.
Solution: This internship bridges the gap through guided training + controlled project exposure, accelerating readiness for full-time technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
During the internship, you will:

Participate in the Techvitis Academy onboarding program, covering:
DevOps fundamentals
Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure basics)
Linux & system fundamentals
SQL & relational databases
Monitoring and observability tools

Support internal and client-facing environments by:
Assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting applications and infrastructure
Contributing to incident analysis and resolution under supervision
Learning to use tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk, or similar

Collaborate with senior engineers to:
Understand real-life project workflows and delivery models
Adapt to different technologies and platforms
Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures

Contribute to:
Process improvement initiatives (automation, scripting, optimization)
Internal knowledge sharing and feedback loops
