Job Purpose

Supervise Telecom rollout activities in his region.

Report To Position Name

• Support the planning and design of IP backbone network topology (Core, Edge, and Interconnect layers).
• Assist in capacity planning and traffic forecasting to ensure optimal network performance and scalability.
• Analyze network utilization trends and propose expansion or optimization plans.
• Participate in peering, transit, and interconnection planning with external partners.
• Contribute to IP addressing schemes, routing design, and network segmentation.
• Support implementation of redundancy and high availability strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams during network upgrades and expansions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and network design diagrams.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to IP and transport networks.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and technical assessments..

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / B.Sc in Telecommunication Very Good Computer skills, MS excel is required Very Good in Arabic & English (reading, writing & oral) 
 

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient network infrastructure supporting voice, data, and digital services.
 

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

2–3 years of experience to support the design, planning, and optimization of the IP backbone network within a mobile operator environment or relevant role in a vendor/partner.

Essential: Managerial and Leadership trainings. Project management Trainings Desirable: Huawei/Ericsson MW,BTS installation and commissioning.
