Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the IT department and team members
Prepare, organize, and maintain IT documentation, records, and reports
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and IT-related communications
Support IT procurement processes, including purchase requests, tracking, and documentation
Maintain IT asset inventories and license records
Assist with onboarding/offboarding administrative tasks for IT access requests
Track IT service requests, follow-ups, and action items
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative matters
Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
Qualifications
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of IT terminology and processes is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in administrative or coordination role.
Experience supporting IT teams is a plus.
