Delaware North is hiring an IT Implementations Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the properties and the business are met by providing the tools necessary for completion of standard application implementations. This role will be the resource for documentation and implementation automation for updates, upgrades, and new implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Work with product team and project team to assist in implementations elements.
- Work with project team to identify property interfaces, data requirements and any exceptions to an Implementation.
- Educate and train business stakeholders and system users of features.
- Learning systems to create repeatable processes for implementation and training purposes.
- Document the complete configurations necessary for a stable delivery anticipating the unique client requests that may occur during at implementation.
- Plan and create automations that will ensure proper configuration governance of a successful implementation.
- Develop and engage users in training programs.
- Prepare documents and materials for seamless handoff to the client delivery and support teams.
- Comply and enforce IT and Company-wide policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or related industry with exposure to information security
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, and Microsoft Productivity Suite
- Experience in documentation, training, and project management
- Experience with Python scripting, Power Shell, and Postman
- Experience in leveraging APIs to interpret system configurations
- Experience with SharePoint and ServiceNow is a plus
