Additional Responsibilities:

Supports enterprise application operations within managed services environments. Assists with controlled break/fix configuration changes, minor scripting adjustments, workflow orchestration activities, and incident troubleshooting. Contributes to monitoring health checks, log analysis, escalation coordination, and automation initiatives. Helps maintain runbooks, validate change executions, and drive continuous improvement across operational processes and application support activities.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors

Degree Preferred: Bachelors or master’s in science, Computer Science, Engineering

Minimum Years of Experience: 4–8 year(s)

Required / Mandatory Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments;
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, or similar object-oriented programming languages for scripting or minor code updates
• Strong understanding of enterprise application (EA) architecture concepts, including multi-tier systems, integrations, and dependencies
• Experience working with orchestration or workflow tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, monitoring dashboards, and error trace analysis
• Experience managing break/fix configuration changes in controlled production environments
• Experience collaborating across infrastructure, application, and cloud teams
• Strong documentation skills for runbooks, SOPs, and operational playbooks
• Good at scripting (Powershell/C#/Shell)
• Experience in OCR tools

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Supports enterprise application environments such as document management or workflow platforms;

• Supports minor C# script adjustments and configuration changes within established frameworks;
• Supports orchestration workflows and automation initiatives across IT operations;
• Supports monitoring of application services, queues, and dependent infrastructure components;
• Supports coordination with third-party vendors for issue resolution;
• Supports automation or scripting activities for repetitive operational tasks;
• Supports troubleshooting in cloud-hosted or hybrid environments (AWS/Azure)
• Supports maintenance of application dashboards and operational health metrics.
• Experience with Opentext Captiva and/or ImageViewer;
