Job Summary
Manage and develop the company’s technology infrastructure while ensuring system and network stability, supporting the operation of SAP S/4HANA systems, securing company data, and enhancing overall technical operational efficiency.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure system security and data protection.
- Monitor technical issues and respond to emergencies and system failures.
- Manage backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical support to users and various departments.
- Manage contracts with technical support vendors and service providers.
- Develop IT enhancement and digital transformation plans.
- Supervise the Information Systems / IT team.
- Manage and operate the company’s SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Administer SAP Basis and monitor system performance, authorizations, and backup processes.

Requirements
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Experience in network administration, VPN management, and backup solutions.
- Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualization technologies.
- Strong background in Cybersecurity and Information Security.
- Previous experience in industrial companies or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA system administration.
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration.
