ActioNet is hiring a IT Program Manager who is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of the contract, serving as the primary point of contact between the agency and the contractor. This role ensures that all contractual requirements are met, including the development and submission of the Program Management Plan (PMP), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). The Program Manager oversees all task areas, manages risk, ensures resource alignment, and drives performance to meet agency expectations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a multidisciplinary team in a complex federal environment.

Locations:  Germany , Okinawa

Security Clearance:  Secret

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract execution and ensure compliance with all agency requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the agency’s CO and COR.
  • Develop and maintain the PMP, MSRs, and PMRs.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and task prioritization across multiple, geographically dispersed locations.
  • Manage risk, quality assurance, and issue resolution across all workstreams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of program/project management experience managing federal IT contracts and deliverables.
  • PMP certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoW enterprise programs
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
