About the Project:
The project focuses on advancing smart, sustainable parking and mobility solutions. It aims to transform traditional parking spaces into innovative Urban Hubs, multifunctional centers that support electric vehicle charging, shared mobility, and seamless, contactless parking through a dedicated app. The goal is to make everyday mobility easier, more efficient, and environmentally friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track project progress and communicate status, milestones, and potential blockers to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and business teams to support successful delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and delivery practices.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience delivering software development or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
